I started installing tile in 1999 with a neighbor of mine (who
owned a residential tile installation company) during my
summer breaks from school. I also went on to installing tile
with a union tile company that worked on large commercial
projects and I got to spend 6 weeks installing tile in the Excel
Energy Center on my summer break from college. Touchdown
Tile started with an ad in the Minneapolis Star Tribune Paper in
2004. My brother Reis started working with me shortly after
that and we've been fortunate enough to stay busy and
continue growing ever since then.
